9/26/2011 A.D.-  For those wondering how this past weekend went in Vegas, 
                              another 1st Place. This is my 11th 1st Place in the Tall/Heavyweight 
                              category at the Natural TeamUSA. Now it is time to get ready for 
                              Natural Olympia in Reno in 7 weeks.  I will post pics soon.

  5/17/2011 A.D.-  This past Saturday I lost my #1 fan.  My mother Joanne passed away 
                                and went home to be with the Lord.  I dedicated this mornings  KVEW
                                show in her honor since she liked to get up and watch her baby on t.v.  
                                She was an amazing woman and mother that taught me many 
                                things.  here.
