Almost everyday I get asked what I use for a fat-burning pill. There are still people that believe that there is some magic pill that is going to take away all their fat and all their problems. Now, keep in mind I believe that there are drinks and supplements that can help in the process of losing fat, but the only way to lose weight is “more energy out than more energy in!” You cannot replace good diet and good cardio with a magic pill.
